This week's class was on "Violence" with comedian Mike Schmidt (no, not the baseball player guy with the great mustache.) It was a super honest look into living with rage and anger, and what can happen because of them.
- Mike understands where his anger and rage comes from. Uncovering that is part of dealing with it and moving past it.
- Your past doesn't have to ruin your today.
- Wake-up-calls hold a mirror up to you. Mike had two big wake-up-calls which gave him some clarity about his life.
- Harness what motivates you and use it. Mike doesn't want to be involved in physical confrontations anymore. Because of that it's getting better.
